Report a security concern.

If you have spotted a security issue affecting Pentrova or one of our web properties, tell us. We triage every report inside 48 hours.

48-hour triage

Every report receives a human acknowledgement from support@pentrova.ai within two business days. Urgent cases get routed to on-call immediately.

Report an incident

Include the scheme, e.g. https://example.com/path.

What did you see? When? Which page or surface was affected?

We triage every security report inside 48 hours. If the report is urgent, also email support@pentrova.ai with the subject "Security concern".

Emergency channel

If the incident is actively in progress, email support@pentrova.ai with the subject Security concern. PGP encryption is supported — the key is linked from security.txt .

Do not include credentials, personally identifiable information, or customer data in the report. A URL and a short description are enough for triage.
